Alt-shirts are made from 5.3 oz., 100% preshrunk cotton.
Features include double-needle sleeve and bottom hems, taped neck and shoulders, classic midweight fabric, classic fit tubular body, 7/8" collar, classic fit, and tear-away label.
Orders will be processed within 5 business days.
Shipping may take up to 10 days from the date of order confirmation.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the label has been created.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Customer information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return Process

Customers must email us at orders.locostorm@gmail.com with their order number and a description of the issue.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Customers must return the item for a refund and place a new order.
